One reason why Tech Support gets a bad rap is cleverly shown in this video. I don’t now if this was staged or the actual happenings this system administrator has dealt with. Either way, it doesn’t matter. If you’re in IT you’ll laugh and if you’re not, you’ll probably laugh too.  It’s a little longish. At first it’s just a guy playing Halo, but give it some time. You’ll be crying tears of joy by the end of it.
