I thought I had commented here, but it seems I lost the comment in the login process. I present many links on my blog and is based on large aggregators such as boing boing and kottke. The raison d etre of these pages is to siphon all the internet noise and provide quality content quickly.
Links are tiphatted and attributed in the articles as you suggest. However, which ones to use or which provide the simplest explanation is an art in itself. What links all these URLs together? Why it is relevant to me?
As I commented elsewhere, there is a sea of meme writers and local news reviewers but only a handful of thinking individuals on the Puerto Rico blogosphere. As the quality of posts increases so will the level of debate and cooperation.

Anyone can give criticism. Whats important is knowing how to receive criticism and how to use it to improve your work. When you create something you need to see how others react to it and if necessary alter it to get the reaction you were hoping for. It can be equally important to ignore the feedback you get from some people. Focus on your target audience.

I don’t think Auto Hop is an insult to the TV industry, and I really don’t see why the networks are so upset with what the feature can do. It’s a feature that has to be enabled by the customer that doesn’t work on all channels or delete the commercials. I honestly didn’t believe it at first when my coworkers at Dish told me about it last week, but now that I have the experience, I definitely think it’s a TV lovers dream! I used it this morning to watch the latest recording I had of ABC’s Revenge, and was amazed to find that after enabling Auto Hop I had an extra 20 minutes to spare after watching. I think it’s fantastic that the power is in the customers hands!
